Please read this Privacy Policy, the general Terms and Conditions and the online Terms and Conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms”) before using the https://www.bestdrive.co.za website (the “Site”) to purchase BestDrive Summer Tyres from Conti Trade Africa (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number 2013/059163/07, Cadle Rd, New Brighton, Port Elizabeth, 6000 t/a BestDrive ( “BestDrive”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This privacy policy is not to be read and interpreted in isolation but must rather be read in conjunction and supplementary to all other Terms and Conditions on the Site.

Personal Information means information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person, including, but not limited to: information relating to the race, gender, sex, marital status, national, ethnic or social origin, colour, sexual orientation, age, well-being, language and birth of the person, and any identifying number, symbol, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, location information, online identifier or other particular assignment to the person (“Personal Information”).

We may collect Personal Information, as defined, from users of the Site (“Users”) in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to when Users visit the Site, register on the Site, subscribe to newsletters, respond to a survey, fill out a form, purchase any products and/or services and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Site.

Users may be asked for their necessary Personal Information including their name, email address, mailing address, phone number and motor vehicle information.

Any User has the right to access their Personal Information held by BestDrive in order to ensure the correctness thereof and to ensure that it is being lawfully processed.

Should the User select the option to receive communication via sms, cellphone or email, he/she thereby accepts and acknowledges that by selecting such option, BestDrive shall be entitled to contact the User for the purposes of Direct Marketing, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 4 of 2013.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the Site.
